I absolutely love this hair salon and have never been disappointed. The stylists are professional, skilled, and really take their time to make sure your hair comes out exactly how you want it. They listen to what you’re looking for and also give great advice when needed. The atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and relaxing every visit. My daughter hair always look amazing and well done when I leave. Definitely my go to salon and I highly recommend them!

F-Csay drama Salon is the best. Got Boho braids and it was so neat and beautiful 😍, I go so many compliments. If you need a sleek and neat braided hairstyle in Brooklyn this is definitely the place to go!

The overall braiding was great! The only issue was price discrepancies that ultimately led me to leave the shop with my hair halfway done. I was told $200 for boho and asked them to use no synthetic hair. I showed them a video and she told me she understood and began to braid. I then received a call from the owner saying it was $340 which was an upcharge. I told her that my roomate came earlier in the week after work and got her hair braided the same way and was only charged $200. She still did not accommodate or reduce the price for my inconvenience and their la k of communication. As a result I paid the braider for the time she had taken and politely left to go to another braid shop. In the future, if there is a language barrier, the owner should communicate prices with clients at the start of the appointment rather than in the middle.
